Rock Star Hall Passes Freebie!

So I'm practicing using my Google Docs account for my grad school class and I am LOVING it!

Back the train up--I started grad school this week. :o) I'm loving it! Everyone is at a different point in the program, and so I'm going to be able to learn a ton from the others in my class. As usual, I'm the youngest person (seriously, this is my fifth year of teaching--when will I FINALLY be older than people????) in the class, but I'm ok with that!  Sorry for making you read about my boring life, but I'm so super excited, and I'm sharing my docs for free, so I figure I have to bore you a little first, right?

My class is Technology Leadership (I'm in the Administration and Supervision program so all my bloger teacher friends can come work for me one day!) and the stuff we're using in class is all online! On Thursday I learned that I'm a "millennial" generation kid. (I thought we had letters or something. Apparently I was wrong on that one! ;o)) Which is why I got so excited that everything is online. Number one: NO TEXTBOOKS! Number two: Saving the trees! Now, come on--who doesn't love saving the environment?? And number three: I got an excuse to go by my new MacBook Pro EARLY!!! I was going to buy it this summer... but I kinda need a computer to travel to class and mine sucks. So I got my new one. And I love it! Justin is jealous that I now have a better, cooler car than him AND my computer is better. He used to tease me that he always had the cooler stuff. Not anymore!!! :o)

Ok, enough about my boring life.

At the beginning of the year, I was going for a "rock star" theme for my classroom.  At the end of the year last year, our team decided on "Peace, Love, and Happiness in Second Grade," and I made us cute little peace sign/heart/smiley face decoration things from the fadeless paper for outside our doors so we were all matchy-matchy. :o)  So, I made myself cute new hall passes and things for our cafeteria jobs (table washers and floor sweepers) and I wanted to share them! They turned out super cute (I was trying to make them look like backstage passes) and so I decided I wanted to put them out there in case anyone else wants to use them!

Sorry this is so tiny. I'm still learning! ;o)

Happy Sunday Funday!
