Linky Party!

So, Farley has the cutest stuff ever on her "Oh' Boy Fourth Grade!" blog, which I visit frequently.
ANNNNNNND, she was super sweet in answering me to know what the you-know-what I was doing to design my blog.

So, as I was cruising her blog, I found her linky party.

And, because it's the day before Thanksgiving and my life has been crazy, I'm only linking up 3 days later.

So, here is what I am thankful for:

And, it wouldn't be Thanksgiving without yummy foods!!! So here's my recipe:

And so, I also found What the Teacher Wants linky party through Lesson Plan SOS, so I'm linking up to both of them at once!!! :o)

1. What are you thankful for in your classroom?
I am thankful for my brand-new makeover!  I just redid my classroom, and since I'm in the process of finishing, I haven't posted pictures yet--but after Thanksgiving, IT'S ON!!!
I'm also very thankful for my kiddos. They make me oh-so happy on a daily basis!

2. What person are you most thankful for?
I'm most thankful for Justin.  He's my balance, my solid rock to lean against when I feel like I'm crumbling, my best friend, and my soulmate. He's there for me to pick up the slack at home when I'm too tired and stressed to do it myself, and he makes me laugh, even when I'm trying to be mad at him.  That's when you know you're truly meant to be with someone--when no matter how hard you try, you can't be mad at them!

3. What 3 blogs are you most thankful for?
I love Farley's blog:
and the blog she contributes to:
Create-Share-Inspire
and Create Teach Share:
Create Teach Share
Because they all have so many great crafty ideas, and we all know I love crafting!!!!

4. What guilty pleasure are you most thankful for?
Other than question 2, this is the easiest answer--PINTEREST!!
OMG, if you haven't found that little gem yet... you're missing out.
Sometimes, I sign on, and it's suddenly 10 pm. Seriously? Where did my night of grading papers go? Oh yeah! I was looking up and pinning school, wedding, and recipe ideas, and collecting ideas for a house I'm not even close to owning yet!

5. What are you most thankful for?
I know it's cliche, but I'm so thankful for having my job, my family and friends, and my health.  I know that's a lot of things all wrapped into one, but it's true. In these times, I'm so thankful to not only have a job, but one that I love (minus the paperwork and stress level), and have a great support network of friends and family who are there for me in the tough times.  There's also plenty of times I complain about my allergies and how they make me feel--but overall, I'm very lucky that it's the only thing I have to deal with!
